BWW Preview: RUTHLESS! at PASA

By:

Ruthless! - the show that launched the careers of child stars such as Britney Spears, Natalie Portman and Laura Bell Bundy - opens at Performing Arts San Antonio (PASA) on Friday (February 19) at 15705 San Pedro (behind McDonalds).

The show is described as a campy cult favorite in which the beautiful and talented 8-year-old Tina Denmark will do anything to play the lead in the school play. The show famously spoofs Broadway musicals such as Gypsy and Mame, as well as classic films including The Bad Seed and All About Eve.

The show stars Twyla Lamont (pictured here) as Sylvia St Croix, Katryna Marttala as Judy Denmark, Olivia Silva and Lauren Cole as Tina Denmark, Iyana Colby as Myrna Thorn, Sophia Laia as Louise Lerman, Jeff Maldonado as Lita Encore, Jennifer Vincent as Eve, and Logan Magoun as Miss Block.

The show runs for three weekends. Tel 210-557-1187 for tickets.
