(07/27/2017) - Normally, the 45 actors in the cast of the cast of Placer Community Theater's current production of Guys and Dolls are the ones on stage pouring out everything they have for appreciative audiences. But on Wednesday night, roles were reversed as the cast sat in rapt attention in the audience. (07/14/2017) - Capital Stage presents Bad Jews by Joshua Harmon a NY Times Critics Pick (2013). Amy Resnick, last seen at Capital Stage in August: Osage County, and Blackberry Winter will direct this Sacramento Premiere. Bad Jews will be the sixth and final production of Capital Stage's 2016-17 Season: Love + War, and will run from June 21-July 23, 2017 with a Press Opening on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 8pm.

Guards at the Taj will feature two actors new to the Sacramento theatre scene.
