Spring Dance Concert 2011 - Directed by Nancy Lyons, Kristen Daley and guest artists Mark Haim and Scott Wells

Original, eclectic and cutting-edge choreography by internationally renowned choreographers Mark Haim and Scott Wells and dance faculty members Kristen Daley and Nancy Lyons are featured in this dance concert showcasing student dancers.

Dance presentations include room for another, choreographed by Kristen Daley, which explores simple physical ideas in relation to dance featuring original music by critically acclaimed multi-disciplinary musician Albert Mathias. Parade, choreographed by Mark Haim, features water soaked dancers and special rain effects in a piece featuring a Barbara Streisand recording of "Don't Rain on My Parade," by Jule Styne and Bob Merrill. Everything All the Time, choreographed by Scott Wells, features dancers in an original deconstructive, athletic, upbeat, offbeat dance piece with a range of aesthetics and styles.
