With a newly acquired toupee figuring prominently in the act, comedian Jason Alexander will make his debut performance at the Gallo Center for the Arts at 7:30 pm on Thursday, October 24. Alexander's show features not only comedy, but music and audience participation as well.

Tickets are $30 to $80, and may be purchased online at www.galloarts.org, by calling (209) 338-2100, or from the Gallo Center ticket office, 1000 I Street in downtown Modesto.

Alexander earned six Emmy and four Golden Globe nominations for his indelible performance as George Costanza on "Seinfeld." The Screen Actors Guild named him "Best Actor in a Comedy Series" and TV Guide readers voted his Costanza role among the ten greatest television characters of all time. Beyond "Seinfeld," Alexander's career has embraced film appearances like "Pretty Woman," directing and producing, children's books, magic and poker.

Doubletree by Hilton Modesto is the presenting sponsor of Alexander's performance.
