Distinguished Classical Pianist Jeffrey Siegel Returns to Harris Center/Three Stages 8/23

Jeffrey Siegel's unique "concerts with commentary" are a joy for both the piano aficionado and novice alike with exciting explorations of some of the best-loved works in the classical canon. Returning for the 2013-2014 season--his fourth such engagement with Harris Center/Three Stages-- with four programs of Keyboard Conversations, beginning with Bach and the Romantics on August 23rd.

This program includes performance and commentary on high voltage, dramatic works of Bach and Bach-inspired compositions by such diverse composers as Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Shostakovich, and Felix Mendelssohn.

According to the Los Angeles Times "Jeffrey Siegel has everything: massive technique, musical sensitivity and character, wide tonal resources, immense reserves of power, and the ability to communicate."

Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel: Bach and the Romanticswill take place on Friday, August 23, 2013; 7:30 pm. Tickets are $19-$29; Premium are $39.

American pianist Jeffrey Siegel has been soloist with the world's great orchestras.
