ABOUT THIS SHOW
An evening of music, comedy, dancing, performance art & theatre celebrating LGBTQ performers.

The September iteration will feature Lisa Haas, Patrick Neuman & Kyle Daileda.

ABOUT CURATOR
Aimee Herman is a performance poet with two full-length books of poems.

Kyle Daileda was born and raised in Virginia and has been in the area for less than a year. Besides writing, he really enjoys post-apocalyptic stories, french fries, holding his cat’s paws, getting emotional over shows like How To Get Away With Murder, and he can probably drink a glass of water faster than you. He writes mainly about relationships in all forms and believes that as long as his pain can be turned into something worthwhile for others, it has served it’s purpose.

Lisa Haas is a playwright, comedy writer, and actor. In addition to appearing in Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same, she was a co-screen writer and co-star in Madeleine Olnek’s 2014 feature The Foxy Merkins. She has performed in many NYC downtown venues such as the WOW Café, Dixon Place, Joe’s Pub and HERE Arts Center and wrote the stage comedies Stacked: A Deviant Doctoral Dissertation, Rita & Inez: The True Queens of Femininity, In Heat: Is She Hot Under Her Collar or Under Her Skirt and Crown Hill Cemetery for which she received a Jerome Foundation Fellowship.

Patrick Neuman has been writing poetry since childhood. Growing up in Green Bay, WI, and attending Catholic school, queer safe spaces did not exist. Now living in Brooklyn, Dixon Place inspired Patrick to contribute his seldom-shared poetry to Queer Art Organics.
