Tickets Still Available for Trinity Rep's Red White & Blues Benefit

Trinity Rep has announced that there are still a limited number of tickets available at their REd White & Blues benefit event this Saturday, January 12, 2013. A casual evening featuring food, wine, and dancing to the music of local band The Silks, all proceeds from the evening go towards Trinity Rep's artistic and educational programming.

Co-chaired by Gil MacLean and his wife Michelle Collie, sponsored by MacLean's store, Bottles Fine Wine, REd White & Blues, is January 12 from 7PM to midnight at the Pell Chafee Performance Center, 87 Empire St., Providence. Tickets are $70 after December 24 and are available online at www.trinityrep.com, by phone at 401-351-4242, in person at the Trinity Rep Box Office at 201 Washington St. A $100 VIP ticket is also available, which includes parking for the event and a champagne tasting.

The wine tasting will be complimented by delicious culinary offerings from local restaurants Nick's on Broadway, Local 121, The Roi, The Two Pauls, Russell Morin Fine Catering, Sin Bakery, Walrus & Carpenter Oysters. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by The Silks, a band that has burst onto the country blues scene in New England with ferocity and local acclaim.
