Stefan Karl, the star of Nickeloden's LazyTown and the star of Dr. Seuss' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL, will visit Providence THIS Friday, September 9 in all his Grinchy glory. Throughout the day, The Grinch will plot the dastardly ways he will "steal Christmas" November 15 - 20, 2011 at the Providence Performing Arts Center.

Amongst others, The Grinch will stop by the following places on Friday, September 9; the general public and media are invited to attend:

approx 10:45 - 11:30A: Barnes & Noble, 1350 Bald Hill Road, Warwick, RI
approx 12:15 - 12:45P: Warwick Mall, 400 Bald Hill Road, Warwick, RI

The New York Times says Dr. Seuss' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL is "100 times better than any bedside story" and Gannet Papers calls GRINCH "a genius of a show! A total delight for both kids and adults!"

Dr. Seuss' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL features the hit songs "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" and "Welcome Christmas" from the original animated series. Max the Dog narrates as the mean and scheming Grinch, whose heart is "two sizes too small," decides to steal Christmas away from the holiday-loving Whos. Magnificent sets and costumes inspired by Dr. Seuss' original illustrations transport audiences to the whimsical world of Whoville, while the Music and Book of Mel Marvin and Timothy Mason breathe new life into this timeless story of the true meaning of Christmas. BroadwayWorld says, "Your heart will grow three sizes as the GRINCH steals your imagination. Perfect for the whole family."
