Review: The Great Gatsby roars into the NAC until Sept. 13
Set in the post-war 1920s, the sets bring the art deco, lavish abundance to the forefront, especially in Gatsby’s iconic parties. Impressively, especially for a touring production, the staging saw lots of moving parts, big set pieces, and multiple occasions where cars drove across the stage. The costumes were on full display in wonderfully choreographed large dance scenes as well as quiet conversations between two characters.

Review: & Juliet at the NAC until March 29
Told through your favourite Max Martin hits from the ’90s and ’00s, & Juliet is a giant feel-good party from beginning to end. Including so many iconic hits, including “…Baby One More Time”, “It’s Gonna Be Me”, “Since You Been Gone”, and “Larger Than Life”, among countless others, audiences are in for a big taste of nostalgia.
