Beloved Madrid band Hinds recently announced their glorious beast of a third album, The Prettiest Curse, which will be released on April 3rd on Mom + Pop, and today they share another new single off the record. Following the previously released “Riding Solo” and 'Good Bad Times,”  “Come Back And Love Me<3” is a tender and romantic, Spanish-guitar driven track. Charlotte Dos Santos today shares her stunning new single 'Helio' and its accompanying video, directed by her partner, and director, Eli Salcedo, alongside announcing her brand new EP, Harvest Time, which is set for release on March 13. 'Helio' - a word derived from the ancient Greek god of the sun - is a cosmic, strings synth-laden baroque bop that confronts existential questions about solitude, flipping the idea of a love song on its head and turning affection inwards. Sonically enduring and seamlessly traversing genres with Charlotte's feather-light vocals layered atop.

On this new record, Hinds take a quantum leap forward as a band and shrug off any remaining lo-fi accusations, finally harnessing the full extent of their pop prowess and unleashing songs which sound bigger, bolder, and more complex than anything they have done before, while still remaining true to their girl-gang, garage rock roots. “We have this incredible job, but it's really transformed the way we live,” says Carlotta Cosials, explaining the album title. “We know we're not going to stop, so we've decided to embrace it—to see this curse as something pretty.” Featuring songs performed in Hinds' native tongue for the first time, The Prettiest Curse was produced by Jenn Decliveo and is positively bursting with life, finding Hinds at their very best yet. Entirely self-produced and recorded at the pioneering Swedish four-piece's long-term home-built studio in Gothenburg, the album is another chapter in the continuing evolution of Little Dragon. The album's infectious lead single “Hold On” is a message about breaking away and moving on, and is a slice of classic Little Dragon awesomeness. “It started out as a slick house track but transformed once Fred played the base through it and we all worked it together,” the band explains. “It became something raw and soulful. Today, LA-based indie folk artist Cory Becker shares 'Rivers', the second single off his upcoming debut album One. Buzzbands LA premiered the track earlier this week, praising, 'It's an album that in many ways embraces the traditions of American folk music yet abides an important creative M.O.: Go where the song takes you. Becker transforms 'Rivers' from a simple paean to acceptance into an incandescent, almost-cosmic meditation that rises and falls over rustling percussion and pedal steel employed as an element of ambient drone. Think of it as a cowboy mystic's take on 'Que Sera, Sera'.' Lead single 'Haunt', released in October, was featured on Spotify's coveted Fresh Finds playlist. Swiss electro-pop and visual artist Panaviscope has released his debut single 'Kiss Yourself To Death' via How Bad Pretty Bad Records. The track was mixed by Yvan Bing (Gwen Stefani, Phil Collins, Wu-Tang Clan) and mastered by Mike Marsh (Daft Punk, The Chemical Brothers, Depeche Mode).
