Overture Album About the Album: Speaking about the album, Daniel Curtis said, "The production of this album has been a wonderful challenge in trying to capture and understand the elements of musical theatre that fans cherish, then putting that into a powerful new score which seeks to emanate the very spirit of Broadway. We're working to present the best loved voices of the West End and Broadway in a way that represents the melting pot of styles that exists in musical theatre today."
The final list of featured artists is expected in August. The names released so far are as follows: Melinda Doolittle (American Idol), Jason Forbach (Les Miserables), Ashleigh Gray (Wicked), Kara Lily Hayworth (Zyrah Rose), Adam Jacobs (Aladdin, Broadway), Arielle Jacobs (Aladdin, Wicked), Rachel John (Memphis, The Bodyguard), Rebecca Luker (Fun Home, Cinderella), Bryce Pinkham (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, Broadway), Krysta Rodriguez (Spring Awakening, Broadway, NBC's Smash),Will Swenson (Les Miserables, Hair, Broadway) and Natalie Weiss (Les Miserables).
