As a choreographer he has worked for TD Bank, Metropolis Productions, Mary Kay, Hasbro, Toys R US, Macys, Basic Fun! and RWS Global (MSC, Iberostar). Michael started his business Michael McCrary VIBE in 2022. His business creates custom digital content, live events, and stage shows for various artists and brands both nationally and internationally. VIBE also operates a dance education program in Greenville, South Carolina training youth and adult dancers. Michael is a guest faculty member at the world-renowned Broadway Dance Center, NYC. Critically-acclaimed, multi-platinum selling band Young The Giant have released “Metropolis” from their archives. Never before released, the song was written and recorded by lead singer Sameer Gadhia in the days of their hit album Mind Over Matter. The band teased the track on their 2023 American Bollywood World Tour by surprising fans with stripped-back acoustic performances of the song several times throughout the summer.

BroadwayWorld is excited to share an exclusive episode from the second season of City Island, the hit PBS KIDS animated shorts series. In the clip, Watt and his friends attend a ballet class taught by the legendary Slipper Sisters. Lacey Rollerskate (voiced by Broadway performer Ali Stroker) is unable to perform some of the dance moves because she has wheels. With the help of Ollie Scooter, Lacey learns about all the great wheel-focused dance moves that she can do!
