About the Theatre

The Gallery Theater in McMinnville, Oregon, is a notable community theater and cultural center that was established in 1968. It has a rich history of showcasing local talent across various age groups and works collaboratively with other organizations to enhance local arts and tourism. The theater has become a cornerstone of the community, contributing significantly to the cultural life of McMinnville.

The mission of Gallery Players or Oregon is to entertain, inform, and educate through the performing arts thereby enriching the cultural life of those who live, work and play in Yamhill County. We will do this by producing quality performances that provide entertainment; promoting an environment that encourages respect and fosters friendships; educating performers, designers, and technicians; developing talent in people of all ages; and inspiring creativity and artistic expression. 

The Gallery Players of Oregon inspires our community through the performing arts, inviting people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds to learn, teach, grow and express themselves in a creative and supportive environment.

Gallery Theater exists to explore what it means to be human. To that end, we value and celebrate all humanity. Therefore, we do not and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion or socioeconomic status.
