Saxophonist Steven Banks, accompanied by pianist Xak Bjerken, will perform a diverse program featuring works by Beethoven, Barber, Saint-Saëns, and John Musto’s Shadow of the Blues. Known for his refined lyricism and virtuoso technique, Banks returns to Portland, showcasing his talents in an intimate recital setting. This concert is part of Chamber Music Northwest's 2025/26 season and promises a unique evening that blends classical and contemporary styles.
