Photo Flash: Triangle Productions Pokes at Trump Administration in BUILDING THE WALL

BUILDING THE WALL features Gavin Hoffman (member of AEA) as a prison warden who has been "left out to dry" by the Trump administration and Andrea (Whittle) Vernae as the historian who is "trying to figure out why he did what he did."

Triangle is one in a line of major theatres in the US that is producing this play throughout 2017. From the Fountain Theatre in LA to off-Broadway at New World Stages in May.

STORY LINE: "It's the very near future, and the Trump administration has carried out his campaign promise to round up and detain millions of immigrants. Now, a writer interviews the supervisor of a private prison as he awaits sentencing for carrying out the federal policy that has escalated into the unimaginable. This riveting, harrowing and illuminating drama delivers a powerful warning and puts a human face on the inhuman, revealing how when personal accountability is denied, what seems inconceivable becomes inevitable."
