Lakewood Theatre Company To Hold Auditions For Holiday Magic Breakfast Theatre And THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGENT EVER

Lakewood Theatre Company will be holding auditions in October for two holiday shows that will play during the month of December 2009. They include:
Holiday Magic Breakfast TheatreAudition Date: Sat. Oct. 17th 2009Holiday Magic Breakfast Theatre is an annual holiday musical performance presented by Lakewood Theatre Company for youth. The performers are students in area high schools.
Parts needed: 10 boys and 10 girls (ages 15-18). The director, Milli Hoelscher, is seeking young people with self-confidence, good vocal skills and stage presence. Auditioners need to prepare a song and bring a head shot and resume. Parents will be asked to sign agreement forms. Call for an appointment at 503-635-3901.
Audition location: Lakewood Theatre Company at Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego.Performance Schedule: Saturday mornings at 9 & 11:00 AM at Lakewood Center, Dec. 7, 14 & 21, 2009. There may also be some touring shows on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.The Best Christmas Pageant EverAudition Date: Sat. Oct. 24, 2009 - Auditions for speaking roles

(ages 7-10)The play, written by Barbara Robinson and directed by Steve Knox, is an added holiday attraction that has become a tradition with Lakewood audiences for the past 16 years.
Parts needed: 4 men and 6 women (various adult ages), 8 boys and 9 girls (ages 9-15) and a singing angel choir (ages 7-10). The director is seeking young people with self-confidence, good vocal skills and stage presence. Please bring a photo and resume and be prepared to read. Performance Schedule: The Best Christmas Pageant Ever plays nightly at 7:30 PM December 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23, 2009 with extra 2:00 PM matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday.
