Mixed-Race and Interracial Families in Oregon's Past and Future." This reading and conversation will draw on her personal experiences and historical research on the mixed-race experience in Oregon. With her personal essays written over a ten-year period, Dmae journeys through biracial identity and her interracial Taiwanese and Oklahoman family amid love, loss and letting go of past regrets and grief.
