Fertile Ground Festival 2011 To Sprout In January

Portland-grown Fertile Ground City-Wide Festival of New Work planted in a town of prolific playwrights, abundant actors, innovative dancers, talented designers and adventuresome producers flourishes in its third year. From 19 fully produced theatrical world premieres and 10 dance world premieres to workshop productions, staged readings and readings at all times of the day, Fertile Ground will be on stages all over Portland for 10-days from January 20 to 30, 2011.
Single tickets for all festival events are purchased directly through the producing companies. All access Festival Passes sell for $50 and are available on the Fertile Ground website, or through any participating producer. Festival "Dig It!" buttons and Festival Guides are available for free at various theater lobbies throughout Portland, buttons wearers are offered discounts to select performances.
