Come One, Come All to the Bard's Birthday Bash!
Join Experience Theatre Project and William Shakespeare himself for a spectacular Steampunk-themed, all ages, and FREE to the public celebration of Shakespeare's 453rd birthday!
There will be much merrymaking with Mr. Shakespeare as we boast incredible FREE activities for all ages, including a Shakespearean photo booth, Elizabethan-style games, a Shakespearean insult off, performances by professional roving thespians and magicians, and even Steampunk crafting table with Lord Charles Mason, from the reality show Steampunk'd! The Bard will personally oversee all activities, meet and talk with partygoers, and ensure that much fun will be had forthwith!
This event is FREE to attend with a suggested donation of $5-$15 per activity. All proceeds benefit Experience Theatre Project's upcoming immersive summer Shakespeare production of The Tempest, an especially magical Steampunk adventure set to launch at 7:30 p.m. on June 23rd, 2017 and run weekends through July 15 at The Round at Beaverton, (12500 SW Crescent St., Beaverton).
Raise a glass, enjoy a performance, play a game, build a Steampunk stun gun, and get a photo with Billy Shakes himself! You never know what's going to happen at the Bard's Birthday Bash. Visit our website at www.experiencetp.org closer to the date for our schedule of the day's events.
