THE BASH at City Theatre Company

Lea DeLaria, known for her role as 'Big Boo' in Orange is the New Black, will headline The Bash, City Theatre's signature fundraiser, on May 17, 2025. This cabaret-style event will celebrate the theatre's 50th anniversary and feature musical performances from popular shows like Hedwig and the Angry Inch. The all-star cast includes Julianne Avolio, Maria Becoates-Bey, Shane McLaughlin, and Jerreme Rodriguez, with Camille Rolla as music director and Dixie Sherwood as host. Co-Artistic Director Monteze Freeland will direct the performance, promising an unforgettable evening for Pittsburgh audiences.
