The Arizona premiere and winner of the Best New Play in Chicago Award ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT is a highly stylized, moving, and thought-provoking play written by award winning playwright Shirley Lauro, inspired by interviews with German Gentile women who lived through the Third Reich.

The play's sweep follows them from their teen years through adulthood as they struggle with the trials of everyday living - work, religion, marriage, motherhood - under the Nazi regime. Facing impossible choices, they survive or succumb and all are changed forever.

The play is performed in the intimate McMillin Theater from April 13th - May 13th. Tickets are on sale now for only $29/adult and $19/student plus fees.

ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT is directed by Richard Powers Hardt, founder of the Arizona Shakespeare Theater. He has been acting, designing and directing for theater in Arizona for over 30 years. Richard's first show with Theater Works was in 1991 and he is a current member of the board of directors. ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT stars Colette D'Antona* as Ludmilla, Carrie Ellen Jones as Friederike, Tracy Payne as Frau Leherin/Frau Direktorin/Frau Fuhrerin/Frau Oberaufseherin, Meg Sprink as Gretchen and Lesley Ariel Tutnick* as Angelika (*Equity Actor).

Tickets are now on sale both online at www.theaterworks.org and at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. The Box Office is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily and may be reached at 623-815-7930. ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT runs April 13 - May 13 with performances Thursday - Saturday 7:30 p.m. and Sundays 2 p.m.
