The Most Favourite Music, presented by Tempesta di Mare, recreates an 18th-century Philadelphia "City Concert" featuring music from the city's stages and ballrooms, including Scottish airs, dance numbers, and chamber music. The program reflects a vibrant post-Revolutionary era when European-trained musicians, American political elites, theater performers, and French colonial denizens performed side by side. Performers include bassist Brian Ming Chu, cellist Eve Miller, and the New York Baroque Dance Company under the direction of Julia Bengtsson. A public dance follows the final performance.
