Hailey Brinnel with Special Guest Mervin Toussaint at Abington Art Center

This free outdoor jazz concert features Philadelphia-based trombonist, vocalist, and educator Hailey Brinnel alongside special guest Mervin Toussaint, an emerging saxophonist and composer from the Philadelphia area. Brinnel was a finalist in the 2021 Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition and has performed with artists including The Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra, Terell Stafford, and the DIVA Jazz Orchestra. Toussaint, a Haitian American musician, draws on jazz, RnB, and neo-soul influences and has performed at venues including South Jazz Kitchen and Chris' Jazz Cafe. The event is a preview of the fifth annual Montco Jazz Fest and includes food trucks, dancing, and beer, wine, and cocktails.
