Children of all ages will be receiving a special gift from The Players Club of Swarthmore this holiday season. The theater will be bringing a classic television special to its stage - A Charlie Brown Christmas, opening December 3rd and running for two weekends, only!

Poor Charlie Brown, he's repelled by the commercialism he sees around him. But rather than becoming a Scrooge, Charlie goes in search of the true meaning of Christmas. The whole gang will be there: including Snoopy, Lucy, and Linus. A musical holiday delight!

Director Jim Carroll of Springfield has assembled a talented cast to bring these favorite comic strip characters to life: Thomas-Robert Irvin of Wilmington, DE; Crystal Buck of Primos; Matthew Prince, Justin Henry and Rose Azrael of Media; Mary Spacht of Middletown, DE; Josiah Donnell of Boothwyn; Meghan Deaver of Ridley Park; Brian Walsh and Margaret Brennan of Drexel Hill.

Saturday, December 3rd at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM; Sunday, December 4th at 11:00 AM;
Saturday, December 10th at 11:00 AM and 2:00PM;
and Sunday, December 11th at 11:00 AM.
