Peter Nero and the Philly POPS Announce May Performances of BROADWAY'S MOST WICKED VILLAINS
Peter Nero, Music Director of Peter Nero and the Philly POPS today announced its next concert series, Broadway's Most Wicked Villains, at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia on May 9th and 11th at 8:00 p.m. and May 12th and 13th at 3:00 p.m. The final POPS concert series of the 2011/2012 Season will feature Alli Mauzey, Nicole Parker and Ryan Silverman.
"Alli Mauzey, popular for her ditzy and demented roles in Crybaby and Wicked, and who has been enthralling audiences since her 2003 Broadway debut in Hairspray, along with stage, film and television actress Nicole Parker, known for her zany MadTV characters, will be accompanied by the devilishly handsome Ryan Silverman for The POPS tribute to our favorite, evil Broadway characters," said Peter Nero. "With the best orchestra of its kind in the entire cosmos, this final concert series of the season will be a fun event for the whole family!"
A special discount is being offered to college students: show a valid college ID in-person at The Kimmel Center Box office between 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9th and receive one $10 ticket to that evening's 8:00 p.m. performance. For more details, please visit The POPS website.
Broadway's Most Wicked Villains will be performed in Verizon Hall at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia. Tickets are available at www.phillypops.org or by calling Ticket Philadelphia at 215-893-1999.
