The world premiere of a new version of the Meredith Willson musical, THE UNSINKABLE MOLLY BROWN, is open at the Denver Center Theatre Company. Host of 'In Focus', Eden Lane learns about the project from the creative team Dick Scanlan and the Director/Choreographer Kathleen Marshall. Beth Malone (Molly Brown) and Burke Moses (J.J. On this edition host Eden Lane meets the four actors Yunuen Pardo, Adriana Gaviria, Cynthia Bastidas, and Ruth Livier, who play the young women in 'Just Like Us' a True Denver Story. The play by Karen Zacarias based on the book by Helen Thorpe makes it's world premier at the Denver Center Theatre Company. The sotry follows four latinas in Denver as immigration status begins to erode their opportunities and their friendships.

The annual Colorado New Play Summit is a rich source for the Denver Center Theatre Company. This year the company selected three world premieres from the Summit. In this week's episode, host Eden Lane takes a behind-the-scenes look at two productions.

Atlanta's Horizon Theatre Company will open their latest romantic comedy, Shooting Star by Steven Dietz, tonight, February 12. The production will run through March 14.
