THE ADDAMS FAMILY welcomed five new principal cast members beginning Tuesday, March 8 at the Lunt Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street) when Heidi Blickenstaff ([title of show]) assumed the role of Alice Beineke, Adam Grupper (Brighton Beach Memoirs) the role of Mal Beineke, Brad Oscar (Tony-nominated for The Producers) as Fester, Rachel Potter (Wicked nat'l. tour) as Wednesday Addams and Jesse Swenson (Spring Awakening) as Lucas Beineke. Original cast members Nathan Lane, Kevin Chamberlin, Terrence Mann, Carolee Carmello, Krysta Rodriguez and Wesley Taylor will give their final performances on Sunday, March 6.

Many of everyone's Broadway and off-Broadway favorites, including Michael Urie, Wesley Taylor, Jennifer Damiano, Karen Olivo, Mitchell Jarvis and more have teamed up on the webisode project Billy Green. Broadway's THE ADDAMS FAMILY, currently playing the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadway, dedicated a special 8:00pm performance on Sunday, July 11, 2010 to The Actors Fund, granting proceeds to the fund in support of their programs and services.

On April 2, THE ADDAMS FAMILY star Nathan Lane appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman to talk about all things ADDAMS. In addition to discussing some show highlights, he revealed what it was like to perform for the Obama family, who recently took a trip to New York to see the production. Lane reveals that First Lady Michelle Obama herself took the time to write a hand written thank-you note to Lane for giving her one of the 'best nights she's ever had in the theater.' The new musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY, based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, is making its pre-Broadway world premiere in Chicago.

Acclaimed photographer Mark Seliger, who has shot more than 100 Rolling Stone covers and multiple Vanity Fair covers, shot the first ever 'family' portrait of THE ADDAMS FAMILY on October 1 for Vanity Fair. Previews begin Thursday, March 4, 2010 following a pre-Broadway engagement at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre in Chicago that begins Friday, November 13, 2009.

Tony Award nominee Kevin Chamberlin joined the company of Chicago as Roxie's all-but-invisible husband, Amos Hart.
