Go inside Cirque du Soleil's 40th-anniversary celebrations last night at London's Royal Albert Hall with the European Premiere of Alegría – In A New Light, a creative revival of its iconic 1994 production that will run until 3 March 2024.

Richard Bean's new play Great Britain opened in the West End on September 26,following a sell-out run at the National Theatre. With a cast led by Lucy Punch andRobert Glenister, Nicholas Hytner's production now continues at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in a strictly limited season to 10 January 2015. Designs are by Tim Hatley, with video design by 59 Productions, lighting by Neil Austin, music by Grant Olding and sound by Paul Arditti. Go inside opening night in the video below!

Andrew Lloyd Webber: 40 Musical Years gave TV viewers the opportunity to share in the stories behind a range of the award-winning composer and producer's most enduring shows. The 90-minute ITV special, hosted by Michael Ball today, Easter Sunday, featured a star-studded line up performing some of Andrew's best-loved songs, as Andrew reflected on an unbroken run of 40 years of shows in the West End. From 26 April 2011 Natalie Casey will join the west end cast of the Olivier award-wining Legally Blonde The Musical to play ditzy beautician Paulette Buonofonté. She joins Susan McFadden as Elle Woods, Carley Stenson as Margot, Nicola Brazil as Serena,Siobhan Dillon as Vivienne and Peter Davison as Professor Callahan. Natalie Casey takes over the role from Denise Van Outen, whose last performance will be Saturday 23 April. From mid-June Lee Mead will join the west end cast to play Emmett Forrest.
