Roundabout Theatre Company's Broadway production of HOLIDAY INN, THE NEW Irving Berlin MUSICAL is now extended by two weeks through January 15, 2017. Holiday Inn, The New Irving Berlin Musical opened officially last week, October 6, 2016, on Broadway at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street). Roundabout Theatre Company and Universal Stage Productions' first-ever Broadway production of HOLIDAY INN, THE NEW Irving Berlin MUSICAL, starring Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham, Lora Lee Gayer, Tony Award nominee Megan Lawrence, Megan Sikora, withCorbin Bleu and Tony Award nominee Lee Wilkof, is currently in previews for an opening on October 6, 2016 at Studio 54. This is a limited engagement through January 1, 2017. With music and lyrics by Irving Berlin, Gordon Greenberg and Chad Hodge's new book is inspired by the Academy Award-winning film, Holiday Inn. 

The first-ever Broadway production of HOLIDAY INN, THE NEW Irving Berlin MUSICAL starring Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham, Lora Lee Gayer, Tony Award nominee Megan Lawrence, Megan Sikora, with Corbin Bleu and Tony Award nominee Lee Wilkof, will be directed by Gordon Greenberg and choreographed by Denis Jones. The show just released a buoyant new TV spot, and you can check it out below!

This Thursday's show included a performance by the Broadway-bound cast of Holiday Inn. Cast members for the event included,  Corbin Bleu, Lora Lee Gayer, Megan Lawrence and Bryce Pinkham performing the numbers, 'Cheek to Cheek', 'Shaking the Blues Away', and 'Blue Skies.'

The company just met the press, and BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture interviews with the cast, plus a peek at them in rehearsal!

BroadwayWorld was in the rehearsal room with the cast today, where they treated us to a sneak peek of 'Till Then' (performed by Santino Fontana and Christiane Noll) and 'Sit Down, John'.

On Monday, February 15, the Broadway at Birdland concert series presented a reunion concert of the 2012 Nashville production of THE NUTTY PROFESSOR, a musical written by Rupert Holmes and the late, greatMarvin Hamlisch, and directed by Jerry Lewis. To mark the occasion of Jefferson Mays' 6,000th death in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER, the production held a funeral procession down West 48th Street, as cast members and fans, all dressed in mourning attire, followed Mr. Mays, lying in state inside a glass-sided horse-drawn hearse, to the Walter Kerr Theatre stage door.
