Santa Cruz County Actors' Theatre continues its 2019 season with the full-length staged production of Jane Anderson's LOOKING FOR NORMAL, directed by Tandy Beal. The play opens April 12 and runs through April 28 at the Center Stage Theater in downtown Santa Cruz.

According to Variety, Luke Wilson has joined the cast of the upcoming sequel to ZOMBIELAND.  Wilson joins original stars Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin as well as newcomer Zoey Deutch in the Sony Pictures sequel.

Netflix has released the trailer for THE HIGHWAYMEN, launching globally on Netflix on March 29 with exclusive theatrical engagements beginning March 15th.

Deadline reports that Woody Harrelson is in talks to star in Fruit Loops a new drama from Ted Melfi. It is said to be similar to One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Variety reports that 'The Set Up' actress Zoey Deutch will lead 'Zombieland 2' for Sony Pictures.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) is pleased to announce that actor and comedian Jim Carrey and British actress Emilia Clarke will be honored at the 2018 British Academy Britannia Awards. Carrey will receive the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy Presented by Jaguar Land Rover, while Clarke will receive the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year.

Alexander Ludwig will join the ensemble cast of of Roland Emmerich and Lionsgate's film MIDWAY, according to Variety. 

According to Baz Bamigboye of the Daily Mail, Jenna Coleman, and Colin Morgan will join Academy Award-winner Sally Field and actor Bill Pullman on stage in Arthur Miller's modern classic All My Sons, in Headlong Theatre's production at the Old Vic Theatre.

Blake Jenner has joined the cast of Netflix's WHAT/IF. Jenner will play Sean. He joins previously announced Renée Zellweger and Jane Levy.

HBO released the teaser trailer for season three of TRUE DETECTIVE. The third season is set to premiere January 2019 on HBO, HBO NOW, HBO GO and HBO On Demand.
