Off-Broadway's hit play CHURCHILL is set to reopen where it began its phenomenal journey, with performances beginning July 17th at Chicago's Greenhouse Theater Center. The show will conclude its current smash engagement today (Sunday) at 3 PM at New World Stages, where it opened on February 18th. Off-Broadway's hit play CHURCHILL will play a special 4th of July schedule next week at New World Stages. There will be no evening performance on Saturday the 4th and a special holiday matinee has been added on Friday, July 3rd at 2:30 PM.

The Daily Mail reports that Victoria Hamilton is the latest actress to join the Netflix series THE CROWN, based on Peter Morgan's THE AUDIENCE. She will play Queen Elizabeth -- the Queen Mother -- in the TV adaptation, helmed by Stephen Daldry. Queen Elizabeth died in 2002 at the age of 101.

Coming this summer, The Bijou Theatre in Bijou Square, Bridgeport, is offering three different programs for student performers between June and August: two day programs for ages 8-14 years - the Bijou Youth Summer Stage; and an evening program for young adults ages 15-22, the Bijou Young Adult Summer Stock.
