Cameron Mackintosh announced on November 19 that his acclaimed new production of Boublil and Schonberg's legendary musical MISS SAIGON - a smash hit in London since its premiere there in May, 2014 - will open on Broadway in the spring of 2017 at a Shubert theater to be announced.  The Broadway return of MISS SAIGON will feature its acclaimed London stars, Filipino-born and L.A. resident Jon Jon Briones as The Engineer and 19 year-old North Carolina native Eva Noblezada as Kim, who was discovered by the MISS SAIGON casting team at the National High School Musical Awards two years ago in New York.   First performance and opening night dates will be announced at a later date.

A major North American tour of MISS SAIGON will launch in the fall of 2018 at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) in Providence, RI. The Providence Performing Arts Center has been privileged to launch eleven National Tour since 2008.

The production will close on January 15, 2018, prior to launching a national tour, which will open Providence, R.I. Stops in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, Washington, DC, Philadelphia and more are currently scheduled.

Held the 2nd Today of the month at the Berger Park Cultural Center (6205 N Sheridan Road), experienced performers split the bill with artists learning their craft or trying new material for the first time. This month's event will be held today, October 9 at 7:30pm. Tickets are free. Hosted by Rob Dorn - singer, storyteller, national Broadway musical theater tour veteran, and Green Mill regular.
