Songwriter and Playwright Michael Mitnick (Fly By Night, Animal House) comes to Joe's Pub at The Public for a one-night concert of his songs on September 9th at 9:30 PM. This often funny and sometimes deeply moving tale follows a group of New Yorkers during the 1965 blackout. Dallas Theater Center announced today that Austin-based Foe Destroyer and Denton's Max Brown will be the featured musicians in the upcoming production of Fly By Night. The three-member rock band and Max Brown will appear in this new rock-musical by Will Connolly, Michael Mitnick and Kim Rosenstock and directed by Bill Fennelly at Dallas Theater Center from April 26 through May 26.
