Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) has announced the complete cast and director for its upcoming production of Neil LaBute's world premiere drama, THE WAY WE GET BY. The production will star Golden Globe nominee Tatiana Maslany, the critically-acclaimed star of the BBC America series Orphan Black, making her New York stage debut, and Tony Award nominee Thomas Sadoski, well known for his role on the HBO series, 'The Newsroom,' as well as his Tony-nominated performance in LaBute's reasons to be pretty. The play will be directed by Leigh Silverman, who was nominated for a Tony Award last season for her direction of Violet.

MCC Theater has announced the extension of the American premiere of Penelope Skinner's celebrated play The Village Bike, starring indie film actress Greta Gerwig, and featuring direction by Sam Gold. The production is now scheduled at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC) through Sunday, July 13, 2014. It was previously scheduled through June 28th. Playwright Paul Downs Colaizzo brings his newly published play, Really Really, to New York City's famed The Drama Book Shop (250 West 40th Street) on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 6:00PM for a discussion of the work as well as a book signing. Co-stars of the 2013 New York premiere production of Really Really, Zosia Mamet and Evan Jonigkeit, will also read an excerpt from the play. Joining Colaizzo in a discussion of the play will be Mamet and Jonigkeit as well as Will Cantler, one of the Artistic Directors of MCC Theater, which produced Really Really last winter at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC), where it was twice-extended. Ms. Light began her relationship with MCC in 1999 with a universally-acclaimed performance in Margaret Edson's Wit, and most recently in March 2013 was the honoree at MCC's annual Miscast gala celebrating her illustrious screen and stage career; her appearances in MCC productions, which in addition to Wit includes 2005's Colder Than Here; and her impassioned advocacy of several causes, most especially Arts in Education.
