Manhattan Theatre Club's CHOIR BOY Goes On Sale Today

Tickets are on sale today for Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of Tarell Alvin McCraney's CHOIR BOY, the new play featuring gospel music directed by Trip Cullman at MTC's The Studio at Stage II - Harold and Mimi Steinberg New Play Series at New York City Center - Stage II (131 West 55th Street). In order to ensure that tickets to CHOIR BOY are affordable to the widest possible, most diverse audiences, MTC is pricing all tickets at $30. Tickets are on sale via CityTix (212-581-1212), www.nycitycenter.org and at the New York City Center Box Office.

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director), Barry Grove (Executive Producer), and Mandy Greenfield (Artistic Producer) have just announced full casting for the upcoming world premiere of Tarell Alvin McCraney's CHOIR BOY, the new play featuring gospel music directed by Trip Cullman.

Caissie Levy, Emma Hunton & More Set for PLAY IT AGAIN Concert at Joe's Pub, 4/8

PLAY IT AGAIN: THE MUSIC OF ZOE SARNAK, a musical anthology of Sarnak's work, will have a onenight-only concert at Joe's Pub on Monday, April 8, 2013. Showtime is at 9:30p. PLAY IT AGAIN will bring a full set of music by Zoe Sarnak to Joe's Pub. It will feature a mixture of Folk/rock/theater selections from A Lasting Impression (NJ Playwrights Award and Pace New Musicals 2012), Orphan Songs and will DEBUT material from Painless-a new project with book by Michael Kimmel (The Last Goodbye, Turn of the Screw) and music and lyrics by Zoe Sarnak.

NYMF's 6 - IN CONCERT to Feature Alex Brightman, Emma Hunton and More

THE 2012 NEW YORK MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL has announced the one-night concert production of Zack Zadek's 6 - IN CONCERT musical directed by Charlie Rosen, lighting design by KJ Hardy and directed by Max Friedman. 6 - IN CONCERT will perform one night only, July 25th at 7:00 pm and 9:00pm at Theatre at St. Clements (423 West 46th Street, btw. 9th & 10th Avenues).
