NYMF's 6 - IN CONCERT to Feature Alex Brightman, Emma Hunton and More
THE 2012 NEW YORK MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL has announced the one-night concert production of Zack Zadek's 6 - IN CONCERT musical directed by Charlie Rosen, lighting design by KJ Hardy and directed by Max Friedman. 6 - IN CONCERT will perform one night only, July 25th at 7:00 pm and 9:00pm at Theatre at St. Clements (423 West 46th Street, btw. 9th & 10th Avenues). A concert of songs from the new musical that charts the individual stories of six New Yorker's lives over the course of six years. Throughout the show, the characters come together one by one and influence each other in profound and very unexpected ways. 6 explores how people affect the courses of each other's lives - without knowing it - and often, without ever having met. Featuring an eclectic score blending elements of rock, pop, gospel, and Contemporary Theatre sounds, 6 tells each story through unique and compelling musical languages.
