ASHLEY BROWN, Broadway's original MARY POPPINS, returns to the company on Tuesday, March 8 (7pm) at the New Amsterdam Theatre. Brown will assume the title role through Sunday, July 17 (Laura Michelle Kelly, currently playing the role, will take a brief hiatus for a film project, returning to the show on Tuesday, July 19). Brown reunites with her original Broadway ‘Bert,' co-star Gavin Lee, having last performed with him when they launched and headlined the MARY POPPINS North American tour.

MARY POPPINS will welcome to the company Karl Kenzler as George Banks and Megan Osterhaus as Winifred Banks tonight, Monday, March 1. Kenzler and Osterhaus reprise the roles they originated in the critically-acclaimed North American touring production (currently performing in Tempe, Arizona through February 28 before opening in Denver, Colorado on March 5). Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes treated daughter Suri Cruise to evening out at the Ahmanson Theatre to see the LA engagement of the beloved stage musical, MARY POPPINS. This is the second time Suri has seen the world's most famous nanny on stage. Katie brought her to see the smash hit Broadway production in August 2008 during NY rehearsals for her own Broadway debut in Arthur Miller's All My Sons.
