The Storm Theatre and Blackfriars Repertory Theatre present the third show of The Paul Claudel Project, NOON DIVIDE (Partage de Midi), originally BREAK OF NOON, by Paul Claudel, beginning October 29, 2010 at The Theatre of the Church of Notre Dame, 114th Street and Morningside Park (one block from Columbia University).

Burning Coal Theatre Company announces its second production of the 2010/2011 season, St. Nicholas, a one-man show by the Irish writer Conor McPherson, directed by Randolph Curtis Rand and featuring Burning Coal Artistic Director Jerome Davis. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 pm (November 4 - 6, 11 - 13, 18 - 20) and Sundays at 2 pm (November 7, 14 and 21, 2010). Tickets are $20 or $15 for students, seniors and active military. Thursday evening tickets are $10 apiece and Sunday, November 7th at 2 pm is our 'Pay What You Can' performance. The production will take place at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh, NC (PLEASE NOTE venue name change). As BroadwayWorld previously speculated, Brendan Fraser, who's film career includes The Mummy, G.I. Joe, Encino Man, Journey to the Center of the Earth and other films will make his Broadway debut in the Simon Bent play - Elling, Variety reports. The play, which will begin previews at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre on November 2, will open officially on November 21. The production will also star Denis O'Hare, Jennifer Coolidge, and Richard Easton and will be directed by Dough Hughes and produced by Howard Panter.

Registration is now open for the Fall Session of On Camera Acting Classes, beginning September 12th & 13th, 2010 at JTA Talent in Charlotte. Taught by professional actor Martin Thompson, these classes are appropriate for both aspiring actors and professionals who would like to improve their skills. Class registration is limited and will be accepted one week prior to the first class of each session.
