This December The Utah Symphony will present a jam-packed program that could make even the Grinch crack a grin. Between sixties-style crooning, modern holiday classics, and international pop-stars, there is something for everyone this Christmas season, guaranteed. Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for November 27th are Zach Adkins (Anastasia), Kennedy Caughell (Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812), Erin Clemons (Hamilton), Kayla Davion (Waitress), Amanda Lea LaVergne (Annie), Tony LePage (Come From Away), Madison Micucci (The Band's Visit), Katie Sexton (The Play That Goes Wrong) and Eric Ulloa (On Your Feet!). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

On Sunday, May 29, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts hosted the fourth annual Nevada High School Musical Theater Awards, recognizing the extraordinary talent and sheer dedication found in Nevada's high school theater students. JERSEY BOYS star Travis Cloer sets the tone for this holiday season with the debut of his brand new, fully orchestrated holiday album, 'Christmas at My Place,' on Tuesday, Nov. 3. Following in the footsteps of his sold-out holiday performance last year, Jersey Boys star Travis Cloer and his six-piece band return to The Smith Center this holiday season with a one-night-only presentation of his new show, "Christmas at My Place." On Monday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m., this family friendly event will have guests singing along to holiday classics and favorites inside of Cabaret Jazz, leaving with the joyful feeling of the season. The 4th Annual NF Hope Benefit Concert was recently held in Las Vegas. The success of the event can be seen in the numbers. Over $82,000 was raised at this year's event.

GEORGIA ON MY MIND: Celebrating the Music of Ray Charles was welcomed by The Venetian Las Vegas with a star-studded event coinciding with the birthday of Ray Charles. The groundbreaking new show features a host of esteemed stars including Emmy award-winner Clint Holmes, 10-time GRAMMY award-winning vocal group TAKE 6, six-time GRAMMY nominee and DownBeat artist of the year Nnenna Freelon, and Stella Gospel Award and GRAMMY award-winning saxophone star Kirk Whalum. The show also features the Las Vegas Mass Choir, under the direction of James R. Smith and Edie Aikels, and features the Las Vegas All-Star Big Band, under the direction of pianist and conductor, David Loeb. Scroll down for photos from the opening!

Mark Shunock has announced that the September edition of "Mondays Dark" will take place on Monday, September 15th, 2014 at 8:30 p.m. at Vinyl inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Following the success of last month's Soul Fundafied night, 100 percent of the ticket proceeds from the September show will benefit the Douglas J. Green Memorial Foundation and will feature Country Star Andy Ross, ROA and former Glee cast member Jon Hall, Travis Cloer of Jersey Boys, Ben Hale and Felice Garcia of Million Dollar Quartet, the magic of Jason Andrews, Lori Legacy and others to be announced with the evening titled "GONE COUNTRY".
