Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater are open this July with a full slate of nightly performances! 

THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present Injoy Fountain, best known from NBC TV’s “The Voice” and her tour with Postmodern Jukebox, on Monday, July 31 at 9:30 PM.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of Carole J. Bufford in the world premiere of her new show “Divine Decadence” for a special six-performance engagement from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23 with shows each night at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present the New York solo debut of vocalist and actor Gracie McGraw, called a “future Broadway star” by Billboard, with two shows on Friday, July 21 and Sunday, July 30, both at 7:00 PM.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present a special Pride show with The Bad Judies, the city’s only all-drag queen band, on Thursday, June 15 at 7:00 PM.

The Little Mermaid made a splash at the U.K. box office this past weekend! Disney's new live action reimagining of the classic movie musical earned £5 million ($6.2 million) at the U.K. and Ireland box office, accounting for 49% of the ticket sales across the three day weekend.

Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater have announced the jazz programming running May 29 through June 11.

The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar for four performances on Friday, June 9 at 8pm; Saturday, June 10 at 2pm and 8pm; and Sunday, June 11 at 2pm. This production is a fast paced 90-minutes without intermission. Tickets range from $29-$79.  

The Little Mermaid, which already took in $10.3 million in previews, made $38 million on opening day Friday, May 26th, bringing the 3-day total to $105M and the 4-day total to $125M in its first week of release.
