Cast members from America's Got Talent Live In Las Vegas visited The Animal Foundation Thursday, October 25 to kick off a new partnership and awareness campaign. Million-dollar AGT winners Olate Dogs and runner-up Tom Cotter took part in a tour of the facility and a meet-and-greet with donors, staff and visitors. Richard and Nick Olate even managed to find two new members for their famous four-legged team, adopting Kilo and Snowball, rescues they met during their tour.

Coming off the excitement of last week's Wildcard shows, NBC's top-rated show 'America's Got Talent' now heads into two weeks of semi-finals starting Tuesday, August 28th (8-10 p.m. ET.) The show will feature all new live performances from the first 12 of the 'TOP 24' semi-final acts, as they compete to bring their acts to the next level and make it to the AGT finals. For the first time, three acts from each week will move on to the finals to compete for the $1 million dollar prize, making the competition tighter and more intense than ever before. The remaining semi-finalists will compete on Tuesday, September 4th (8-10 p.m. ET).

Due to recent health issues, Freddie Roman was unable to perform in the Friars Club Comedy Festival which he curated for the Mahaiwe and had planned to host. The show went on in Freddie's honor, with his long-time friend Stewie Stone, the Prior of the Friars, stepping in as host and with Freddies favorite, on-the-rise stand-up comics carrying on the Catskills comedy tradition.
