The Boomerang Theatre Company (Tim Errickson, Artistic Director; Sue Abbott, Managing Director) will include new productions of plays by Anton Chekhov, Shakespeare, Christopher Fry, as well as a world premiere production and new play development in their 2010 season. The season begins with the FIRST FLIGHT new play festival, followed by an outdoor production of THE TEMPEST in June and July, and concludes with the company's annual three play rotating rep series in September.

The cast will feature John Tartaglia (Bway's SHREK and AVENUE Q), Rebecca Comtois (Off-Bway hit VIRAL), Carol Kane, Joanthan Raviv, and Roger Manix. Theatre stars Dee Hoty, Jenn Colella and Vince Gatton join the previously announced Amy Acker and Larry Pine in The Boomerang Theatre Company's reading of THE MONSTER TALES by Mary Jett Parsley Wrenn on February 1st, 2010. Cailin Heffernan will helm the event.

Retro's 5th Birthday season kicks off with their fall production: the depression-era tale Holy Days by Sally Nemeth. In spring 2010, Retro Productions will present the classic 1950's office comedy William Marchant's The Desk Set. The 2009 - 2010 season marks Retro's third season in residence at The Spoon Theater.
