HELLO, DOLLY! with Bette Midler Taped for Lincoln Center Archives

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that filming trucks spotted outside the Shubert Theatre over the weekend were on hand to capture a performance of Hello, Dolly! for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive. This weekend marked the final performances for many of the show's original cast members, including Taylor Trensch, Beanie Feldstein, David Hyde Pierce, and Tony winner Bette Midler.

League of Professional Theatre Women to Host Interview with Laura Linney

The League of Professional Theatre Women,  is pleased that three-time Academy Award and three-time Tony Award nominee, LAURA LINNEY will sit down with JAMES NAUGHTON to discuss her extensive body of work in theatre, film and TV. The event will take place on Monday, March 6 at 6:00 PM in the Bruno Walter Auditorium of the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts on 65th Street & Amsterdam Avenue. Admission is free, but seats will be on a first-come-first-seated basis.  

PREMIERES' INNER VOICES 2016 Will Be Filmed for NYPL for the Performing Arts Archive

PREMIERES, the New York-based music theater organization whose mission is 'to bring new music theater to light,' is sharing the success of this season's Inner Voices, the biannual series of solo works featuring new teams of playwrights and composers, now playing through October 29th at The TBG Theatre (312 West 36th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues). Recently announced as a Critic's Pick by The New York Times, this year's program will be filmed by The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Theatre on Film and Tape Archive on Monday, October 24th.

MCC Theater's All the Ways to Say I Love You will be filmed for the New York Public Library's Theatre on Film and Tape Archive (TOFT) to be preserved for the archives at Lincoln Center. The filming will occur at tonight's (October 20th) performance. The twice-extended All The Ways ends its celebrated run this Sunday, October 23, 2016.

MCC Theater has announced that All The Ways To Say I Love You will be filmed for the New York Public Library's Theatre on Film and Tape Archive (TOFT) to be preserved for the archives at Lincoln Center.  The filming will occur at the Thursday, October 20th performance.
