Millie O'Connell, Debbie Kurup and Danielle Steers will lead the cast of The Cher Show UK tour!

The Phoenix Theatre will present The Magnolia Ballet by Terry Guest, March 17 - April 10, 2022. Terry Guest is an award-winning Playwright, Actor, Producer, Poet and Teaching Artist based in Chicago, IL.

The Icelandic art-rock band from Reykjavik, Sigur Ros will be in Dallas for one night only at the Winspear Opera House on Wednesday, May 25.

ViSiBLE, a theatre company dedicated to creating work focused on later life, today announce the full cast and new dates for the world première of Five Characters in Search of a Good Night's Sleep, devised by Mike Alfreds and Sonja Linden with the company - Geraldine Alexander, Andrew Hawkins, Sally Knyvette, Gary Lilburn and Vincenzo Nicoli.

Playwrights Dipika Guha (“Yoga Play” at Syracuse Stage through Feb. 6), Hilary Bettis and Joy Meads join Syracuse Stage associate artistic director Melissa Crespo and moderator and arts journalist Kelundra Smith for a panel discussion “Inside the Kilroys List” on Jan. 26 at 7 p.m.

On March 4, 2022, Grammy-nominated vocalist, and songwriter Somi will release her new album, Zenzile: The Reimagination Of Miriam Makeba, a celebration of the late Makeba’s invaluable musical contributions and messages of social justice. The album, which will be released on the artist’s Salon Africana label, features Somi’s renditions of some of Makeba’s best-known songs—both Makeba’s own compositions and covers.

Ruth Wilson will star in Ivo van Hove’s adaptation of Jean Cocteau’s The Human Voice, which he also directs with design by Jan Versweyveld, originally produced by Internationaal Theater Amsterdam. The production opens at the Harold Pinter Theatre on 22 March, with previews from 17 March, and runs for three weeks only until 9 April.

IAMA Theatre Company has selected a diverse set of playwrights to join its third annual Class of '22 Under 30 Playwrights Lab. Emerging Los Angeles-based writers Sowmya Ashokkumar, A'raelle Flynn-Bolden, Karyn Peyton, Ebony Priddie, Dylan Schifrin and Daysha Veronica each brings a unique voice and point of view to the IAMA table.

Live theatre is officially back and Concord Theatricals is celebrating! 'There's No Business Like Show Business' is a digital celebration that launched just last month, marking the return of live theater and all of the incredible people who help to make it happen. Shakespeare's Globe has announced the full cast of Measure for Measure, directed by Blanche McIntyre and designed by James Cotterill. Opening the Winter Season on the 19 November in the candlelit Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at Shakespeare's Globe.

As part of its new Words Matter initiative, The Workshop Theater will be presenting four newly-commissioned one-act plays by Samantha Chanse, Caridad Svich, Ellen McLaughlin, and Rehana Lew Mirza on behalf of JALBCA.
