San Francisco Playhouse to Present ON CLOVER ROAD

San Francisco Playhouse (Artistic Director Bill English and Producing Director Susi Damilano) announce the second show of its seventh season of the Award-Winning Sandbox Series will be performed at The Rueff, upstairs at A.C.T.'s new Strand theater complex. On Clover Road, a thriller by Steven Dietz is a National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere. Susi Damilano will direct.

Gina Gionfriddo's World Premiere CAN YOU FORGIVE HER? Begins Next Month at Huntington

The Huntington Theatre Company presents the world premiere of CAN YOU FORGIVE HER? by two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist Gina Gionfriddo (Becky Shaw and Rapture, Blister, Burn) and directed by Huntington Artistic Director Peter DuBois (A Little Night Music and Smart People). Performances begin Friday, March 25 and continue through April 24, 2016 at the South End / Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA.

Children's Musical Theater San Jose (CMT San Jose), a nationally acclaimed theater company honored 10 times by the NEA, and the oldest performing arts organization in San Jose will begin 2016 with a major leadership transition. CMT Board Chair Joy Osborne announced that Dana Zell, current CMT Director of Strategy would become the new Managing Director, taking over from Michael Miller, who has held that position since 2011. BC/EFA Receives $1.65 Million in Total This Year from Fred Ebb Foundation

The Fred Ebb Foundation (Mitchell Bernard, Trustee) has announced that its 2015 donation to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS will total $1.65 million dollars, bringing the foundation's total contribution to BC/EFA to $11.65 million since it began eleven years ago. The foundation, which is funded by royalties from the late award-winning lyricist Fred Ebb's vast catalogue of work, makes an annual donation to BC/EFA.

Byron Jennings Replaces Rene Auberjonois in Roundabout's Starry SHE LOVES ME

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Byron Jennings (Maraczek) will star alongside Laura Benanti (Amalia), Zachary Levi (Georg), Gavin Creel (Kodaly), Michael McGrath (Sipos) and Jane Krakowski (Ilona) in Roundabout's new Broadway production of She Loves Me, directed by Scott Ellis, choreographed by Warren Carlyle with musical direction by Paul Gemignani. This classic musical comedy features a book by Joe Masteroff, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick and music by Jerry Bock. Jennings replaces the previously announced Rene Auberjonois in the role.
