Seventeen musical acts earned their first Gold or Platinum digital single download awards from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in August and September, according to the RIAA's newest monthly G&P Program certifications reports. Donald H. Josephson, a prominent theatrical advertising executive during the Golden Age of Broadway's "Mad Men," died December 8, 2010 at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. He was 82.
