Downtown diva Kate Pazakis headlines her first Zipper Factory show, Kate Pazakis: Unzipped! December 9th, 2008 at 7:00pm and again at 10:30pm. This brand new show uses a mix of pop, rock, country and musical theatre to reveal the woman behind the powerhouse belt. The evening also gives the audience a chance to witness the live recording of Kate's debut album.

The fourth year of the acclaimed series, Monday Nights, New Voices, will continue tonight, Monday November 17th at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre with special guest host Bobby Steggert (110 in the Shade) and guest composer/lyricist Ryan Scott Oliver.

Comic singers Booth Daniels and Patrick Frankfort make their Los Angeles debut with their hilarious duo act on November 14 at 8PM & November 16 at 7PM at the Art/Works theatre after successful shows in New York City over the past year.

Gurland and Farley return to the Laurie Beechman with their SMASH HIT evening of Rodgers and Hammerstein on Sunday November 16th and Wednesday November 19th at 7 PM

Jonathan Whitton (2008 Bistro & MAC Award Winner) continues the encore run of his acclaimed cabaret evening, SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL, at the Laurie Beechman Theatre Thursdays, November 13 & 20 @ 7PM.

Splash Bar will present Scott Nevins' Curtain Call on Monday, November 3 at 11:30pm with this week's guest performer Kristy Cates.Admission is free until 10pm, $5 after. Splash Bar is located at 50 west 17th st (b/w 5th and 6th).

The creators of the new musical based off of the trials and tribulations of the popular social networking site MySpace, titled 'Top 8: A New Musical' will be performing selections at the Duplex (61 Christopher Street) in NYC on November 2nd and 3rd, 2008.
