The fifth season of the acclaimed Monday Nights, New Voices series Continues March 30th at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre. Legally Blonde's Kate Shindle, who will return to Birdland for her solo show, classic, March 23rd, will host the evening featuring the talents of Mathew Burrow, Natalie Elise Hall, Darius Harper, Danny McNie and Amy Toporek. Show time is 7 PM.

2008 Back Stage Bistro Award & MAC Award Winner Jonathan Whitton brings his celebrated cabaret SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL back to the Laurie Beechman for a final encore performance on Monday, March 30 @ 7PM.

Elliot Roth (Our Sinatra) and Jenn Lederer will be joining the line up of stars to perform at the Broadway Speaks OUT concert on April 20th. Elliot Roth and Jenn Lederer were last seen together at the Manhattan Theatre Source in their production of 'Midtwenties: The Show'. Midtwentiess: The Show was produced by Martin Gould Cummings with direction by Anthony Hollock (Hair).

Brynn O'Malley has appeared on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast (Belle u/s), Sunday in the Park with George, Hairspray (Amber Von Tussle) and most recently Wicked (Nessarose). Ms. O'Mlleys notable regional productions include Meet Me in St. Louis and Oklahoma (Laurie) both at the Papermill Playhouse. She also starred in the Las Vegas Production of Avenue Q at The Whynn.

It may still be winter outside, but it's warm and cozy at the Bay Street Theatre on Saturday nights as CABARET @ THE BAY continues, Saturdays at 10 pm. On Saturday March 21st, cabaret artist Marlene Markard makes her Bay Street debut, singing both standards and classic favorites for young and old to enjoy.

Back Stage Magazine has announced the winners of its Back Stage Bistro Awards which honor excellence in the world of cabaret. The award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at the Gotham Comedy Club.

Gavin Esham and Christopher Sloan return to perform their original comic cabaret on Monday, March 2nd at 9:30 PM at the famous Duplex Cabaret Theater entitled 'Chris and Gavin's Broadway Campaign: In Your Heart, You Know Their Right'. Reforming Broadway, Maverick Style!

MGC Productions is pleased to announce that Broadway Speaks OUT will be coming back to The Duplex on Monday April 20th for an all star concert. The evening will feature Marissa Perry (Hairspray), Jay A. Johnson (Hair, Chorus Line Tour) Donell James Foreman (Mamma Mia Tour), Anthony Hollock (Hair), Lauren Elder (Hair), and Justin Stoney. The concert will be hosted by Martin Gould Cummings.

Comedy Writer/Performer Julio Vincent Gambuto's 'Julie from Staten Island' Now at Theatre Row the 25th of Every Month, Directed by standup veteran Linda Smith EXTENDED FOR MONTHLY RUN KICKS OFF FEB 25th! The 2009 run of 'Julie from Staten Island' kicks off Wednesday, February 25th at the Studio Theatre at Theatre Row. Directed by standup veteran Linda Smith, the show will play one night per month in the Times Square space.

The concert will feature an array of accomplished New York City musicians and vocalists including Beechman favorite Alysha Umphress, Kevin Ray, Patrick Carmichael, Skip Ward, Brandon Ellis, Jeff Washburn and Vanessa Dunleavy.
