BAM announces the full lineup for the tenth annual BAMcinemaFest (Jun 20—Jul 1). Described as “filmgoers' most exhilarating annual opportunity for discovery” (The Village Voice), BAMcinemaFest has evolved into a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers as well as unconventional and often overlooked films. This year's 12-day festival presents all New York premieres including two North American premieres, and three world premieres.

A dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the birth of a new form of life on Earth, the show was created for television by Jonathan Nolan & Lisa Joy, who are also executive producers.

The Emmy®-winning drama series WESTWORLD returns for its ten-episode second season SUNDAY, APRIL 22 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. According to Variety, Tessa Thompson is speculatively set to star alongside Chris Hemsworth in the upcoming spinoff of MEN IN BLACK. The two starred alongside each other in THOR: RAGNAROK. The upcoming spinoff would have the two stars as the  new Men In Black agents, roles which have in the past belong to Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith.

The 17th annual Tribeca Film Festival, presented by AT&T, revealed its feature film lineup championing the discovery of emerging voices and celebrating new work from established filmmaking talent. To close the Festival, Tribeca will World Premiere The Fourth Estate, from Oscar®-nominated director Liz Garbus, which follows The New York Times' coverage of the Trump administration's first year. The Centerpiece Gala will be the World Premiere of Drake Doremus' sci-fi romance Zoe starring Ewan McGregor, Lea Seydoux, Rashida Jones, and Theo James. The 2018 Tribeca Film Festival takes place April 18-29.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, HBO's WESTWORLD is coming back for season two with the official name of the new park to be 'Shogun World'. The unofficial name until this time has been 'Samurai World'. The new world is set to expand the WESTWORLD universe in the forthcoming second season.

Westworld is coming to Austin!
