Musicals Tonight! continues to revive classic Broadway shows (this is our 80th) with Rodgers and Hart's America's Sweetheart from 1931.

The Bros are back on Monday, January 27 at 9:30pm! After their sold-out show Bromance: in Concert, Ewalt and Walker are returning to Joe's Pub and bringing all their friends with them! For Bros and Dolls: The Music of Ewalt and Walker, Kyle and Michael will debut songs from their latest musicals, The Lucky Ones and Pumped, as well as sharing old favorites from Separate, The Making of Madeline Moore, and of course, Bromance: The Dudesical. With performances by some of musical theater's biggest stars, this is a 'can't miss' show for lovers of Bros, Belting, or Broadway.

It's a simple tale, mostly predictable, but somehow perfect for the Goodspeed stage. It's light, fun and lends itself to big dance numbers and colorful costumes (Tracy Christensen, design), though nothing just smacks of the '20s, interestingly.

The nominations are out for the 11th Annual New Hampshire Theatre Awards. Like Broadway has the Tony Awards, NH has the NHTA's. Those awards will be handed out on Saturday January 26th at the Stockbridge Theatre on the campus of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire. The award ceremony begins at 7pm.

Elvin Roytman and Bein' It Productions will present the Off-Broadway run of Gina Kim and Ryan Tofil's MISS KIM, a daring and brutally honest new play about a young Korean- American woman at war with her abusers, her family and herself, January 17 to 29th at the 45th Street Theatre.

Few plays can take a true account of sexual abuse, family betrayal, suicide attempts, HIV-scares, abortions, and failed relationships and turn it into a smart (and often funny) story of hope and survival with clever staging and amazing talent. MISS KIM does just that.
